Hi there, trying to switch from Bill Pay to Pre-Pay online using my laptop but running into an issue where I want to keep my existing mobile number. When typing in my number it says: This number cannot be port in. Try a different number. 

Please help as I'm trying to pre-order a phone.

@TripleG Hi there, let me know a little bit more here: have you logged into My3 on the website to do this? Or have you gone straight to the online shop?
