Hi, how are you?, I'm having a problem and I can't find a solution, last month my plan was about to expire, 2 days before I accidentally did the TOP UP 2x, 20 euros each totaling 40 euros, my plan costs 20 euros, I should have 20 euros in balance but I have 0, my plan was charged twice, I already got my card bill and the 40 euros were debited.
