Top up voucher

Why wont my 3g app let me use my top up voucher to top up? Every time I go into it the page use top up voucher it won't load. Please help

No I. Haven't been able to top up using my voucher. It won't display where to enter the voucher either on the app or when I login online, I refresh the page but it remains the same, I can't get topped up and I don't want to pay with card as I have bought the credit already.

@Caroline3g Are all other pages working ok for you on My3? I'm guessing you've tried clearing your cookies, using different browsers etc? You can call 1744 or text TOPUP and your voucher code to 50272 in the meantime to apply your credit
