Unable to receive verification texts

Hi,

I am unable to receive verification texts for certain apps. This seems to be an issue for lots of people, how can I fix this?

Hi @Ciaran_28431 I'd be happy to look into this for you, but I'll need a little more info. Which apps are you having difficulties with and when was the last time you tried to receive a verification text from them?

Hi Stacey,

I am locked out of the permanent TSB app and also Revolut. I need to use these apps on a daily basis so I’d appreciate if this can be looked into asap
