Hi There,
I am currently being charged an extra €5 per month as a processing fee to pay my bill via the website. I have been told via phone on 3 separate occasions by CS Reps that my direct debit is active, and that it should automatically deduct money from my account each month (-€5 I am being charged for processing via the website). I have tried myself to set up the DD via MyThree (app and web), but keep receiving Error Code 500 (screenshot below) - I have verified on multiple occasions that all my details are correct and have tried to set up the DD against both my card and my iban.
Have tried chat on the web & app, plus the phone line on so many occasions at this point but each time I have been assured it has been resolved (it hasn't) - so am trying this forum now in the hope of getting it sorted finally. Grateful if there is a solution out there as do not want to continue to be unjustly charged €5 for a processing fee that I have been told on multiple occasions has been fixed (and tried to fix myself)
