A monthly text message re our business account's monthly bill is going to an ex-employees mobile number. (His number used to be on our account but was removed probably 2 years ago). This has been happening for nearly 2 years but every time I contact Customer Services, or register a complaint, I am assured that the ex-employees number is not on our account and that the correct contact details are, yet the issue continues What is the solution to this problem?
