Update IMEI to unlock old phone

Hi, I wish to update the IMEI on My3 account so that the current phone regiestered can be unlocked (I upgraded and have had phone replaced by insurance). Thanks, Lorraine

@LorraineRyan_1 Hi there, this is something that can be done through any of our contact channels. We need the insurance proof of replacement. It should show your previous IMEI and your new one on the document. Do you have this? If not, you'll need to contact your insurance to get this. Let me know 👌

Hi Deborah, Yeah I've sent it via email to Three Customer Support when I changed but I dont think there was any follow up, I can PM it to you?
