So I have 2 phones on 1 plan - mine which is due and upgrade and my wife who is out of contarct and so can upgrade also...
here is the issue - an upgrade on three is so unnattractive as it forces me to take a price plan slightly worse than my current one for more money and also pay through the nose for a new device... whereas Sky, Virgin and Vodafone are offering free phones with free gifts for cheaper price plans in some cases....
I have been with three for probably 15 years I would say - but I think its time to move - there is no reward for being a customer for so long or even for seeing out 2 x 24 month contracts...
