My contract just ended and I’m trying to move from bill pay to prepay. I’m trying to use to online message box but it won’t let me send the message as it keeps saying I have to resolve my last conversation but it also won’t let me do that. I’m just wondering how I cancel my bill and change to prepay thank you.
