We can't complete this action

I’ve been trying to switch from prepay to billpay over the last few but every time I do a “We can't complete this action” message comes up. I’ve updated my account details but nothing I’ve been doing seems to work.

I'd love to help you get this sorted, here on the Community we don't complete upgrades or price plan changes however I would recommend calling customer care on 1913 or chatting with our Web Messaging team here to get this swap sorted for you.
