I ordered wifi at the start of Dec. I am still waiting for it to be installed. I have contacted my phone and the online chat a number of times. I need this sorted out today as I need it for work. If it is not sorted I will be moving to a different company.
I also had to return my upgrade to be looked at. I know it is Christmas week but it has been in the factory since Friday 23rd. I need a phone replacement today as I cannot access my work laptop without verifying myself on my phone. I am locked out of it. I am extremely unhappy with the service in the last month
