no active subscription

I am getting a no active subscription error when i try to log into my account.

How do i correct this please

I'd be happy to check the account here for you, pop through to us here on PM along with your number, full name, address and date of birth and we can check your My3 account for you.

This seems to be effecting a lot of people as it's the same on my account. Very frustrating
