We offer our Bill Pay customers an upgrade 60 days before their contract is finished. For example, if your contract is up on 31st December 2025, you are entitled to an upgrade from 1st November 2025.
Your upgrade eligibility can be checked through your My3 account.
My3
- On your My3 Account under the ‘Looking for an upgrade’ section, click 'Check Upgrade'.
- On the My3 App, scroll down to 'Check Upgrade'.
Please note:
- Always begin your upgrade journey through My3. If you go directly to the Three online shop and try to place an order, this order will not be linked to your existing account.
- If you have insurance and wish to continue with it, then you will need to select a new insurance policy during the order process.
- All upgrading Bill Pay customers are agreeing to a new 24-month contract from the date that their existing contract ends.
