Joining Three on Bill Pay

 

If you are looking to join Three on a Bill Pay plan, follow the steps below.

 

Choosing Phone and Plan

  1. First, you will need to choose what device you would like. You can do this by browsing our range of bill pay phones by clicking here.
  2. Once you have picked your smartphone of choice, you can then choose your preferred price plan.*
  3. Next, you can choose add-ons for your plan. If you wish to avail of Three SOS phone insurance, which you can read more about by clicking here, you can add it here also. 
  4. At this point, you can choose if you need a new number, or if you want to bring your existing number over to Three.
  5. You will then see a summary of your order. If you are happy with all the details, click 'Check Out Now'.
  6. From here, you will need to fill out your personal information, including name, address, DOB and more, followed by payment information.
  7. Once you have provided valid payment details, you will reach the 'Order Confirmation' page. 

 

Document Verification

If you are new to Three Bill Pay, we may need a copy of a valid photo ID and proof of address to complete your order. You will receive an email with a link to our document upload portal, where you can upload these documents.

You should do this within four days of placing your order, otherwise your order will be cancelled. Please ensure that:

a) you have the correct documents

b) that the documents are clearly visible when uploaded.

 

Once complete, you will receive an email advising that you have completed the document verification step. In some cases, a deposit may also be required. The deposit must be paid before the application can be processed and is then applied as a credit to your Three account after your sixth bill, subject to terms and conditions.

 

Once our team has received your documents and verified your identity and address, you will receive an 'Order Complete' email. You will also receive an email once your order has been dispatched. 

 

Please note: If your proofs are not accepted as valid, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be provided to your bank account within 21 days.
