Track your Usage


If your plan comes with inclusive minutes, texts or data it's important to regularly check your usage. If not, you may exceed your allowances. If you're nearing your allowance limit, we recommend reducing your usage until your allowance resets.


Prepay Customers

  • To check your credit balance, freetext BALANCE to 50272, or check your My3 account
  • To see what you've been spending your credit on, log in to your My3 account and click Recent Calls.


Bill Pay Customers

  • To check your remaining minutes, texts or data, freetext BALANCE to 50272.
  • To view your inclusive units, freetext EVERYTHING to 50272.
  • You can also track your usage by logging in to My3. Click Details Since Last Bill and then Inclusive Units to see how much you have used.


Prepay Broadband Customers

Prepay Broadband customers can track their usage by logging in to My3. Click on Recent Usage History.


Bill Pay Broadband Customers

Log in to My3 and click on View Broadband Usage or Details Since Last BillClick here for information on estimating your data use.
