Moving to Bill Pay and keeping my current number

Hi,

I'm currently a Pre Pay customer and have been trying to switch to Bill Pay but it's not allowing me to switch my current number.

Is this possible?

Thanks for your reply, but it doesnt apply to me. I'm an existing customer and as said, want to move my current number to bill pay, thanks

@Jo2 No bother at all. Have you logged into your My3 account to select a Bill Pay option?
