Out of bundle charges and cannot add additional minutes
There are 2 issues that result in me refuting this latest large bill received :1) the app will not allow/enable add in of additional voice minutes & when I contact an agent for support I do not receive notification of contact which means it can take many days for this add on to be added, resulting in my additional charges increasing by the day. Very unhappy with this lack of service. I contacted message support who told me to monitor my usage!
My plan is Bill Pay 300. The add ons currently active are: Voice 100 minutes for 30 days, as this was eventually added by an agent on Messaging support.
Howevrr, as the text notification of contact from 3 has never worked, And as I cannot add Add Ons to my account, this causes the problem and additional charges. I requested an Add On on the 13th November and this was not added until the 22nd November, through these issues.
