Is the webtext ever going to be fixed? Takes about 12 hours to receive the webtext security code!!

I cant my web text service using the website

Not working again. When you click on the webtext link it just loads https://www.three.ie/my3/customer360.html?goto=wsSecurity

@Forget14 Can you tell me how you are accessing webtext? Are you logging into My3 and selecting webtext from there?

@Joke_Shop Hi there, I've just tried my webtext and was able to access it. I first log onto to My3 account, then click on the 3 logo on the top left-hand side, scroll down to the web text option. Can you try that and let me know how you get on?
