Broadband data balance retrieval

Hi there, since the my3 interface had changed I am unable to get a realtime balance for data used. Each time i log in, it tells me that 100% percent of my 750gb is available. I would like to know has anyone else encountered this. It has happened twice now where My data usgae has gone over the limit which is odd cause we dont use it constantly. I contatcted the chat team before about the overusage and the service operator didnt seem to know the difference between kb and mb which got me nowhere.

 

Any help is appreciated.

I'm in the same boat, it used to be possible to check balance by text, has that service been removed?
