i did the upgrade on monday and then managed to talk to someone today who told me my price plan for my prepay broadband was out of date, i got it last year.
so she changed my plan and got my internet working again, but while i was trying to it sorted since monday i used all my data
i know need some how to get my internet running again. i have the credit just cant get any reception on the internet. it keeps telling me you need credit which i have. i need data.
please help me i feel like i am going mad.
