Hi, I received an email that I won a prize and provided my details to an agent via Three Ireland FB, however, any references to prize winning is a call. Now I'm concerned that I haven't won. I'm probably being silly but would appreciate it if you could check it out please.

I've spoken with the team & it's already on its way to you. You should be expecting the TV to be delivered this week. It normally takes 2 to 3 weeks for your lovely prize to be delivered to you. Anything more than 3 weeks and you need to contact us via PM. 

There could be any reason why there's a delay but contact us directly and we'll find out  👍

Hi Deborah, I am now waiting over 6 weeks for the prize. I won in the 12 days of Christmas draw. The Kildare village voucher. How can I go about finding out how to resolve the situation
