This Three+ engagement survey One4All competition (the “Competition”), is organised by Three
Ireland (Hutchison) Limited (“Three”).
1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the Three General Terms and Conditions
which can be found at: https://www.three.ie/legal/terms.html. By entering the
Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and agree that the
decisions of Three are binding and final.
2. All personal data provided is processed in accordance with the Three Privacy Policy
which can be reviewed at https://www.three.ie/legal/privacy/privacy-notice.html.
3. In order to enter the Competition, for Three to conduct the draw and for the winner to
receive the prize you consent to share your name and phone number. This information
will be kept only so long as is necessary for these purposes. If you win the prize, you
consent to your name being shared on our Three Community web site (
https://community.three.ie/ ) as the prize winner. The survey answers will, in a
reasonable time following the closing of the competition, be anonymised and the
responses reviewed and aggregated so that Three can improve its Three+ service.
4. You must be aged 16 and over and be a resident of the Republic of Ireland to enter.
5. The Competition commences on 12th February 2024 at midnight. Competition entry
closes 16th February 2024 at 23:59:59. No entries after this time will be considered.
6. You must be an existing or new customer of Three to qualify for entry. To be entered
into the prize draw you must complete the questions in the survey provided and add
your contact number to the required field. The survey should be answered as instructed
in the email sent to the notified customer. The Competition is not available through any
other channel.
7. You must answer the survey accessible in a link through the email sent to you within 4
days to be eligible to be entered into the prize draw. The prize draw will take place on
23rd February 2024.
8. Your right to enter this Competition is exclusive to you as per the email sent by Three
Ireland. Any such entitlement is personal and may only be used in respect of your
qualifying Three registered email address.
9. The prize for the Competition is one One4All digital voucher to the value of €75.
10. The Competition winner will be randomly selected by draw. The winner will be
contacted directly via a phone call on the 23rd February 2024 and the prize will be sent
to the winner selected. The winner must claim their prize before 15th March 2024.
11. There is no cash or other alternative.
12. Three reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Competition or amend these terms
and conditions at any time for any reason.
13. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entries which
are deemed to be inappropriate or obscene will not be eligible.
14. The use of the One4All voucher prize is subject to One4All voucher terms and
conditions, One4all Terms and Conditions.
