Got a call from the three competition loyalty team this morning but was half awake and the phone fell out of my hand and switched off mid call, what happens now please
Hey @Christine_52292, thanks for posting here, if you have received a call from our loyalty team they may have been in contact with you about an offer on your account. If the call dropped and it was from the Loyalty team they would call you back or you can also speak to an agent by calling 1913.
