Yes, I'm afraid that's half the problem with them. Delayed replies and then promises that don't matereralise. Blame being thrown at customs. The whole excitement of a prize ruined at this stage. I would rather a pair of three concert tickets at this stage to be done with the situation to be honest.

I prize was being delivered to my parents address - just today they received this - i presume this is another part of the prize....obviously we wont be paying - could someone please contact me directly - i would rather not discuss this on an open forum - i won a comp through Three and would like to speak directly to someone to solve this matter.

@Add_13758 you'll see an option below my response 'Send me a PM' where you can contact me privately. When you're sending the PM can you include a full photo of the above slip you got that has the address it was sent from? As part of the prize a selection of home equipment was also to be provided, can you double check with your parents to ensure this is what was delivered. Once you've sent me a photo of the full slip & confirmed what was delivered I'll get it checked out.
