Three plus gate cinema

I got charged full price for the gate cinema tonight. The three voucher is not working what’s the story with it?

@Cookie Hi there, did you get your code sent to you by text or was it through your 3Plus app? Did the staff mention why it wasn't going through their system?

I used the 3 plus app and used the voucher. The cinema mallow contacted ye but it’s not resolved and this always happens. I payed full price when I shouldn’t have to with the voucher. Can ye sort this

No I gave them the code at the counter and they contacted ye about it will I get back the full price I payed?

Just tryed booking it online with a 3 voucher  it don’t work either so can ye sort this out
