If your SIM is lost, damaged, or if you have upgraded and need a new SIM to fit your new device. You can get a replacement SIM card by popping into your nearest Three store. Please be aware that you'll need to bring valid photo ID to complete the SIM replacement.

There are a few ways that you can request a new SIM card:
- Place an online order for an eSIM, here.
- Visit your local Three Store if you require a physical SIM card. Use our Store Locator tool by clicking here to find your local store. (Important: remember to bring photo ID with you if you are planning to purchase a SIM in a Three store.)
You can avail of up to two free replacement SIM cards in a year. After that, each new SIM costs €15.24, ex. VAT.
