No Coverage on Phone

First, turn your phone off for a few minutes and then turn it back on.

If you still don't have coverage,  turn on Flight mode for a few minutes. 

Manually select your network through your settings. If you need help doing this, please click here and select your device from our device guide. 

If the issue is ongoing, try testing the SIM in another phone. If, with your SIM in another phone, you continue to have difficulties, then this would indicate that the issue lies with your SIM. To replace your SIM, click here
