My Apple Watch is now up and running with cellular, thanks to Stacey at Three for helping resolve a couple of teething problems,

Hi there @Barry_43985 at the moment the service is only available with Apple products and on Bill Pay plans.

I’m getting the same issue as @benmcf2010 and countless others in this thread. It would be good if we could get some clarity on the issue and how to resolve so we can troubleshoot ourselves @Three_Stacey .

 

I have had this issue for 5 days now and no one has reached out on how to resolve. I’ve spoken with tech support too and they were unable to help except to say it was passed on to the tech team.

Hi, I have been experiencing the same issue with error popping up each time I try to setup the cellular on the watch, I have followed some steps guided by the customer rep as well, been waiting for this service to get activated for a while now, prolly three days, need help
