VoLTE and WiFI Calling

Three are the only network in Ireland not yet offering either VoLTE or WiFi Calling.

Even GOMO are now offering it

Hi @Three_Stacey  Is there any update on this? The list of devices that support WiFi calls seems to be limited to Samsung models and one Oppo model.

Wi-Fi calling on Apple iPhone will be available on Monday once iOS 16.4 is released.

What about Pixel phones? We've been waiting for 18 months for WiFi calling on Google devices.

After updating my iPhone to iOS 16.4, I get the following error:

Yeah same issue here, it was working fine for me the last few weeks on beta.

Three must be blocking it now as it is approved and enabled by Apple.

Wonder what excuse they will have for delaying it now.

Try it a few times, it threw that error several times for two iPhones here immediately after updating but after the third go it activated and working away fine on both now.

I've tried around 50 times now, including after restarting my iPhone, and I still get the same error.

After updating I had the same issue. I fixed it by doing this.

Firstly, to get the WiFi calling menu to even appear i had to restart my phone twice.

Secondly, for the webpage to open I had to turn off Wifi and use mobile data then restart my phone and only attempt to toggle it on while on mobile data. Once the webpage would show up it would be blank and not load. I solved this by Disabling any encrypted dns provider I had set (Settings -> General -> VPN, DNS and Device Management -> DNS -> Set to Automatic) After I did that the website did load with the terms of service and I tried accepting and it would throw an error saying to try later. Eventually after I restarted my phone it allowed me to accept it and wifi calling started to work. Try doing all of this while on mobile data and it should start working for you

It eventually started working for me as well, I had to come off Wi-Fi and enable it while on mobile data.
