Hello. I activated my Three Ireland SIM today and immediately ran into an issue. I initially topped up €20 to activate the prepay plan, which worked as expected. However, about 10 minutes later, I added another €20 to have some extra credit on my account—only to find that the same plan was reactivated and the new €20 was instantly used up. I now realize this behavior is explained here: https://community.three.ie/t5/Prepay/Your-Prepay-Plan-Explained/ta-p/771473 If you top up by €20 before 28 days are up, your plan will re-activate and your remaining allowances at the time of top-up will not carry forward. I understand the logic now, but honestly, it’s not intuitive. I don’t think most people would expect that topping up €20 again during an active plan would trigger a full reactivation, especially without any confirmation or warning. My suggestion: Please consider adding a simple check to prevent automatic plan reactivation if the same plan is still active. Or at the very least, display a clear warning to users when they top up an amount that will trigger a new plan. This would prevent confusion and unnecessary loss of credit.
