This competition, Three One4All Voucher Survey Competition 2024(the “Competition”), is organised by Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited (“Three”)
Competition Dates: 2nd October 2024 – 25th October 2024.
1. You must be aged 16 and over and be a resident of the Republic of Ireland to enter this Competition.
2. The Competition commences on 2nd October 2024 and ends on 25th October 2024.
3. You must be an existing or new customer to Three to qualify for entry. The Competition is not open to Three employees, agents, contractors or sub-contractors - or their families.
4. To be entered into the Competition you must complete the questions in the survey provided to you by email and add your phone number to the required field.
5. The survey should be answered as instructed in the email sent to you to enter the Competition. Entry to the Competition is not available through any other channel.
6. You must fully answer the survey accessible in the link provided in the email sent to you within 14 days to be eligible to be entered into the Competition. The Prize draw will take place on 25th November 2024.
7. Your right to enter this Competition is exclusive to you as per the email sent to you by Three. Any such entitlement is personal to you and may only be used in respect of your qualifying Three registered email address.
8. The prizes for this Competition are ten One4All digital vouchers to the value of €100 (each a “Prize”). There will be ten winners of one Prize each. Three reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter the Prizes without notification.
9. The winners will be randomly selected. Only one attempt to contact winner(s) will be made by Three and that will be by one phone call only to the contact number provided by entrants at point of competition entry.
To be able to win a Prize, the selected entrant must answer their phone when called by Three. If the selected entrant answers the call and accepts the Prize they will win a Prize. If the selected entrant does not answer their phone, they will not win a Prize and we will conduct another draw to select another entrant. The second entrant will then be able to win a Prize in the manner described in these terms. That process will be repeated until a selected entrant answers their phone accepts a Prize until all Prizes are awarded and claimed.
10. All personal data provided is processed in accordance with the Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited, (“Three”), Privacy Policy which can be reviewed at Privacy Notice (three.ie).
11. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Three the right to use and publish his/her name and picture in such media as Three may choose (including but not limited to the internet and/or Social Media) for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this Competition without additional consideration.
12. Three reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid technical or commercial reason.
13. By entering this Competition, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entries which are deemed to be inappropriate or obscene will not be eligible.
14. The award of Prizes is subject to One4All voucher terms and conditions, One4all Terms and Conditions.
15. Three will not enter into any correspondence regarding this Competition. This Competition is subject to Irish law.
