How does it look?
It’s small but mighty! The iPhone SE 3rd Gen has a 4.7” screen, and while I am generally a fan of a larger screen, I loved the compactness of the newest iPhone and can absolutely see the attraction! It was great to be able to do basically everything on a phone with one hand again 😊
It’s a tough cookie too, and it uses the same strong glass as the iPhone 13. You will also see the three fabulous colours that it comes in down below. I love the white myself, so fresh and different! What’s your favourite?
How’s the camera?
Ah the camera, a long time favourite of mine to test and to say that I was impressed is an understatement. The A15 Bionic processor (which I will tell you about further down) brings with it lots of great camera features that I was not expecting but loved.
Photographic Styles was a super cool feature to play around with. You have a choice of style or filter you can add to your photos before you take the snap – Standard (pre-set), Rich Contrast (my fave), vibrant, cool and warm.
Other cool camera features are Deep Fusion and Smart HDR 4, which will help give you those awesome photos you love, even in too bright or shadowy places.
What’s on the inside?
With the A15 Bionic processor I mentioned above, the iPhone SE is the most powerful 4.7” iPhone EVER! Along with 5G capability, it will be hard to beat a phone this size in terms of power and connectivity.
While it doesn’t have Face ID, I was happy to see finger print ID as a feature, as I prefer this over Face ID to be honest!
Memory wise, we have got the 64GB and 128GB, so you have a good choice there. Remember that there is no external memory though, so if you feel 64GB isn’t quite enough, go for the 128GB!
How’s the battery?
Apple have upgraded the battery from the previous iPhone SE and you can tell. I had no problems making the battery life last from morning to night, no complaints here on that front 👍
