@Ebo_08168 Hi there & welcome to the 3Community. When you topped up by €10 was your prepay plan active? If your plan wasn't active when you topped up the €10 would be used up by any calls, texts, or data that was used.
You can check through your My3 account to see if the top-up was used for calls, texts, or data. When you're logged into your My3 account look for the section 'View Events'. If you have any questions once you've checked your My3 account pop back to me here.
