I've been contacting agents through my3 and in the store multiple times trying to get my number ported from Eir. After the 4th failed attempt
a support ticket was opened.
That ticket was marked as resolved this morning and my number still isn't ported.
Today I was again in another chat to figure out what had happened and the agent marked the chat as resolved while in the middle of the conversation.
Its baffling that its been so difficult to get the most basic support.
Has anyone any tips or contacts to get my old number across already?
