Topped up, but still not active.

Hello, I have a prepay WiFi router connection. I've registered an account to top it up, using the number provided and it's not activated.

When I switch on WiFi and try to connect, it tells me that I need to top up (which I've just done).

Am I missing something?

I'd love to help you with this I just need a little more info. When last did you top up? Prepay broadband top ups are active for 28days, was the top up in the last 28 days?
