Hi,
my father changed to 3 broadband about a month ago and it has been unbelievably slow and unreliable since the first day. We've been given a new sim which didn't help and I've also called customer service about 2 weeks ago, I tried the general advice they gave on solving the issue but nothing worked as a result they said they would monitor it and get back to us with the issue but they never did.
We've got the 5G hub ZTE MC801A and I'm currently at 2.5mbps download and 1.6 upload which is what we get on average daily. Our network says 5G is active but our "network information" tab shows nothing regarding 5G only 4G.
I have tried multiple different settings that are recommended on the 3 forums but nothing has helped and I am not sure what else to do.

When you say you tried the advice given do you mean these troubleshooting steps in our blog All About: Broadband Coverage?
When you spoke to Customer Care did they send this for investigation to our technical team?
I'd love to investigate this for you but I need to know if the account is in your father's name. And if it is are you an authorised contact?
Where do you have the router located?
