ZTE MC7010 Losing Connection

I’ve been using a ZTE MC7010 Broadband modem for a little over a year without problem installed by 3 engineer. It’s in Grand Canal Dock and faces a tower. Two days ago out of nowhere the connection has started dropping and all TV streaming is lagging or cutting out. Speedtests range from 400+ upload speeds to no connection and 20%+ packet losses. There is construction in the area perhaps a tower is being impacted? I’ve tried rebooting both the modem and mesh system connected to the unit with no joy.

Hi @Brian_82496 sorry to hear you are having difficulties I know how frustrating that can be. You've tried rebooting have you checked to see if there is any planned work in your area? If there isn't next i'd suggest giving our broadband team a call on 1913.
