Anyone able to help, my broadband is so slow lately, everything is lagging, I've been using mobile data instead as broadband is absolutely shocking lately

Hey @Aimeelee28 , I'd love to help you with this query. Has this only began to happen recently or have these been the speeds you have been receiving since starting with Three and also is the phone that you are using for mobile data with Three also?

I have a ZTE MC7010 5G Broadband modem that is behaving the same as the person above.   It was installed a year ago by 3 engineer, worked perfectly, routinely 500MB++ service with no lags,  and this just started happening a couple of days ago.  Streaming is now spotty as is phone searches and speed tests either show working normally or no connection at all.  So that appears to be happening with SKY Puck TV, works fine for a few minutes, but then pauses and restarts as signal cuts in and out.

Hi there @Brian_82496 sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your service. Since posting here has it improved? If you are still having difficulties I'd recommend that you call 1913 and one of our broadband team will go through troubleshooting with you.
