Hi all,
Over the last 3 or so months, I've noticed that the overall speed on the Three Network has decreased. The issue with the speeds going down during the day is understandable as those are peak hours, however some days the speeds get so slow that we're hardly getting 1mbps down / up.
The connectivity range in my area is 3 bars on 4G, and I believe it is not due to my location as the speeds fluctuate depending on variables such as the time of day, and the load upon the Three Network.
I'm wondering if there isn't a solution to this issue?

I'd love to help get this sorted for you. Can you confirm is this is related to broadband or mobile and if this is mobile are you are facing the drop in connection is this happening in one area or anywhere you go?
If your on mobile I'd also recommend finding your device on our Device Support section here and following the steps to manually select the network and if this doesn't help pop through to us here on PM along with your full name, mobile number, address, Eircode and date of birth so we can check the coverage in the area and your account to help get this sorted.
