How to connect the device

  • Open the back of the device
  • Insert the SIM card
  • Insert the battery and take note of the WiFi name and password then put the back cover on
  • Power on the device
  • On your WiFi enabled device, look for available WiFi networks
  • Select the name from the device's back cover
  • Enter the password from the device's back cover

Red solid: The battery level is low. 

Blue solid: The battery level is medium.

White solid: The battery level is high or full.

Blinking: The battery is being charged.

Light off: Your device is powered off and not being charged.

White blinking: The software is being upgraded.

Press and hold for about 3 seconds to activate the WPS function.

I forgot my admin page password

  • Locate the reset button/hole
  • The reset hole is located under the back cover of the device, just below the battery
  • Press the reset button/hole using a SIM ejector tool for 3 seconds
  • The indicator lights will turn off and the device will restore to factory settings in a few minutes
  • Now use the password printed on the label of the device to log in
  • It is recommended to change the admin user password

Note: Resetting the modem will default the device to factory settings

  • Click on the Main SSID tab and change the Network Name, and Apply

  • Click on the Main SSID and change the Wi-Fi Password and Apply
  • The new Wi-Fi password can be used to connect to the Wi-Fi network

Note: Changing the password will disconnect all currently connected

 

How do I set up parental controls?

  • Locate the Parental Control Settings on the Home page & open Parental Control Settings
  • Click on the Add button to add a relevant device for further configuration
  • Now the selected device is added for further configuration
  • Click on Manage, and the Add New button on the Restricted Access Time Settings page
  • Select the Days of the week and enter the restricted access time details and save
