5g Coverage of my house

I have a mobile broadband setup in my house. I currently can get 4g. I am due an upgrade and wanted to move to 5g. Check the coverage and the entire area is covered apart from a white block over my house and my neighbour house. Every other house in the neighbourhood is covered

All around the house is covered

I want to order and contacted the online chat but they said I am not covered which seems crazy unless 5g has the ability to not cover a single house in an area

This seems a little crazy and any idea why?
