Slow download fast upload

Every day download drops to less than 2mbps while upload is as high as 10 an more. This make Internet unusable for most of the afternoon evening. Shows 3 to 5 bars 4g. if I stay up till 2 in the morning the speeds great. Are you guys throttling ever one on peak times or is network overloaded

@Sam_00285 Hi there. It's not ideal when your speeds are inconsistent, I assure you we don't throttle our speeds. Let's take a look at this.
