Charged trice - router still not working

Hi,
I tried to top-up my three router with €20, as I always do monthly, however I kept getting an error page, saying something went wrong. This is both when I log into the app and on the website. Now I have been charged trice and my WiFi still is not working. So I want a refund for all my charges and only one charge of €20 so my WiFi can work again, as I need it for work.

@safimacgrath Hi there, that's not ideal! Tell me, has your credit applied since you posted? Are the charges showing as 'completed' or 'pending' when you check your banking online? The more info I have here the better 👍

However my router has not been topped up.
It still says out of credit and I am not willing to retry as I already have three amounts held on my card. They’re pending charges but have been taken off my balance. Will this be refunded? When? And is my WiFi modem number going to be topped up?

@safimacgrath Some Three customers were noticing this when processing top-ups this morning, this has now been resolved. Those pending charges will bounce back into your bank account in the coming days, you can top-up again when you get a chance 😊
