Is it a personal issue somehow or is everyone else also experiencing a loss of 5g? Located in south Dublin.
At the end of the day it's not the smartest to have a three phone plan and three internet as I was left with with absolutely zero connection on both suddenly. Luckily I changed my phone to 4g and it working.
When is this going to be fixed.? I work from home, I need this up and running. There was no date logged on the maintenance for nov 6th.

Hi, I've been having issues with 5g hub and slow data since around 1 am. Thanks for the advice I turned my phone to 4g and it's much better. Be great to know what's happening...

@Aine_48226 & @Aine_48226, are you both still experiencing difficulties with your data? I'd be happy to look into this for you, I'll just need a little more info. Was last night the first time you experienced this? When you were trying to use your devices, did you get any errors, and what was the signal indicator on your devices showing?
