Broadband Return Trouble?

Hi,

 

Sorry if this is the wrong section! I wasn't getting much help on live chat so hope you can help me?

 

I bought a 5G broadband package (3Broadband Gold) on 25 Jan with the offer. I was waiting for Three to contact me about the expert installation part but nobody got in touch.

 

I contacted Three myself at the end of Feb and the appointments team scheduled an engineer to come out. When he arrived he inspected the supplied device (5G WIN FWA) and said it wouldn't work. He said it needed '5G Fast' but said our area only has '5G wide'. He said we would need to return it and left.

 

I contacted live chat and they said because it was over a 14 day cooling period I was stuck. I explained about nobody coming to install until the end of Feb, that the hardware didn't work and that I haven't been using it because of this and they said I would need to wait for a response back from the 'relevant team'.

 

This was a few days ago and I haven't heard anything since. Could you help me please? Would be much appreciated. I'm worried about the days ticking by now.
