Broadband signal dropping

Hi, I have a technician installed modem for mobile broadband with ZTE T300 Link. We had a power outage last week and no Three service until Monday. Since then the broadband signal has been dropping intermittently. There has been no interruption to Internet access on my mobile phone which is also on Three. I'm based in Clonmany, Co. Donegal. Any solutions for this problem?

Thanks for posting here, I have checked the masts in the Clonmany area and I can confirm that they are up and running. I would recommend contacting our Dedicated Broadband Team on 1913 and they will be able to check this out for you.
