Complain about mobile broadband service.

I want to write a complaint about the mobile internet service. I have repeatedly searched for a solution with your team, changing the sim card, settings and so on, but without success. In our area there should be a 4G signal, but there is none, even on 3G there is 0.20Mbps - 0.60Mbps. When I switched to you I was confident that the internet would be quite good, now I have been complaining for 4 months and there is no change. I request immediate termination of my contract as you are not fulfilling your part of the contract. If my request is not granted, I will seek legal advice on the matter.

@Vasilena_01840 Hi there & welcome to the 3Community. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your service. In regards to your request of removing you from contract that's not something that can be done here. I would like to look into your service & also the results of the investigations done by our tech team. If you have them can I get the ticket numbers they start with REQ.
