Hello, please help, I am blocked from working due to this issue
In the past 24-36 hours I have been unable to load MOST websites e.g. speedtest.net, independent.ie
But I am still able to load some e.g. theguardian.com, google search results
The error is always ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT so I don't think it's a DNS issue
IMPORTANT NOTES:
This occurs on multiple browsers (inc. incognito windows)
It occurs on multiple PCs and phones
I factory reset my Huawei B525 router and the problem went away momentarily but came back after the next reboot
I then moved my SIM card into a second (slightly different, also Three-provided) Huawei router but still have the same problem
Therefore I suspect it's a problem on my account - can you please urgent advise

@ht1 Hi there & welcome to the 3Community. How's your connection this morning are you still getting the above error? Have you made any changes to your connection settings? Most of the time this error can be a case of a DNS issue. The steps you've already taken would be my first piece of advice. Pop back to me here if you're still getting the error & I'll look into this further.

Thanks for reply @Three_Shane1 . The issue was still occurring yesterday Monday (the day you asked about) but not yet seen today, Tuesday.
All I've done in the meantime is a few hardware (paperclip) resets on the router, the last one yesterday evening. Doesn't make a lot of sense but for now fingers crossed it'll stay fixed.
