Existing 4G mobile broadband customer can't go to 5G!

I would LOVE to give Three more money!

 

I'm a billpay 4G mobile broadband customer who is lucky enough to be in a 5G area.  Yup, I'm in a contract, but I'd LOVE to upgrade my 4G to 5G and give more money to Three.  How can I do it?

 

I'm sorry I'm a customer- because if I wasn't, this would be no problem.  But it's a problem because I AM a customer.

 

Go figure.

@Add_17308 Hi there 😊, With the rollout of our 5G service dedicated 5G broadband plans needed to be created. As you're currently in a contract on our 4G broadband switching to a 5G plan is not possible. Closer to your contract end date why not contact our care team to go over your 5G options. 

No thank you. Your contract is preventing me from wanting to give Three more money! I'll pay more for 5G!

@Add_17308  I completely get your frustration, but upgrading to 5G while in contract on a 4G plan is not possible. It's a great idea why not pop it up on our Ideas Board.
