Has anyone an email address for complaints dept in Three ?

I've been on 3 times to the chat line. I have terrible poor broadband. I have asked three to send a technician out to my house no joy. I've gone to COM REG but they say I should lodge a formal complaint with Three 1st. So I went back to Chat and the chap said they have no complaints dept and no name or email of anyone to write to. Anyone enlighten me on this ?
